UNIAIR SH2550V with valve is NIOSH Approved N95 masks for at least 95 percent filtration efficiency against certain non-oil based particles such as those from Grinding, Sanding, Sweeping, Sewing, Bagging, or Processing Minerals, Coal, Iron, Ore, Flour, Metal, Wood, and certain other substances. Different from most of the N95 masks, its’ patented buckle allows adjusting the length of the head strap for various facial sizes. Continuous loop design can allow to hang the mask around the neck when not in use. No metal used is suitable for those environments where metal is not allowed. Meet NIOSH 95 and GB2626-2006 standards both. Got China LA approval to use as personal protection equipment for workers.

Instruction
To promote greater worker acceptance and increase wear time, SH2550V is designed with many features. The first one is the valve for easy breathing. A pre-shaped cup brings enough space to breathe also. The soft nose foam inside replaces the traditional adjustable nose clip which ensures a custom and secure seal and increases the worker’s comfort and acceptance. The continuous loop design is easy to on and off which also helps hang the mask around the neck when not in use. The patented buckle allows adjusting the length of the head strap for various facial sizes. No metal use is suitable for those environments where metal is not allowed.
WARNING
These respirators help reduce exposures to certain airborne contaminants. Before use, the wearer must read and understand the User Instructions provided as a part of the product packaging. In the U.S., a written respiratory protection program must be implemented meeting all the requirements of OSHA 1910.134 including training, fit testing, and medical evaluation.
Storage
- Should be stored in a dark, dry, and ventilated environment, and away from fire and pollutants.
- The shelf life of unopened products is 3 years from the date of manufacture ( see packaging for Manufacturing Date).

Cautions and Limitations
General Cautions and Limitations for All Part 84A Approvals Non-powered Air-Purifying Particulate Filter Respirators. These limitations are by no means all-inclusive.
FIT-CHECK THE FACE-SEAL AS FOLLOWS:
. Place both hands over the respirator do not disturb the position of the respirator.
. Inhale sharply (a negative pressure should be felt inside the respirator).
. If you detect air leaks, readjust the head straps and/or the nose piece.
User Instruction
A. Not for use in atmospheres containing less than 19. 5 percent oxygen.
B. Not for use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health.
C. Do not exceed maximum use concentrations established by regulatory standards. Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death.
J. Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death.
M. All approved respirators shall be selected, fitted, used, and maintained in accordance with MSHA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.
N. Never substitute, modify, add or omit parts. Use only exact replacement parts in the configuration as specified by the manufacturer.
O. Refer to User’s Instructions, and/or maintenance manuals for information on the use and maintenance of these respirators.
P. NIOSH does not evaluate respirators for use as surgical masks.
