Shining Star SS9001-N95 n95 cup mask is manufactured by Shining Star Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. CDC NIOSH approved it on 5/15/2018 as an N95 grade mask. SS9001-N95 is NIOSH certified to have a filter efficiency of 95% or greater for non-oil-based particulates N95 disposable particulate respirator features electrostatically charged microfibers designed for ease of breathing. Extremely durable and have a soft and comfortable inner surface with an adjustable nosepiece and secured headband for a proper fit. Comfortable and adaptable to any face shape with a latex-free headband.

Instruction
Shining Star SS-9001 adopts a cup shape which greatly lowers breathing resistance and allows comfort for workers. Material is Polyester and Electric Static Meltblown which is for at least 95 percent filtration efficiency against certain non-oil-based particles. High elastic headband and adjustable nosepiece for a proper fit. The nose cushion inside helps to reduce the pressure during use.
WARNING
These respirators help reduce exposures to certain airborne contaminants. Before use, the wearer must read and understand the User Instructions provided as a part of the product packaging. In the U.S., a written respiratory protection program must be implemented meeting all the requirements of OSHA 1910.134 including training, fit testing, and medical evaluation.
Storage
- Should be stored in a dark, dry, and ventilated environment, and away from fire and pollutants.
- The shelf life of unopened products is 3 years from the date of manufacture ( see packaging for Manufacturing Date).
- Storage temperature range of -5°C to +50°C and at less than 75% relative humidity.

Cautions and Limitations
General Cautions and Limitations for All Part 84A Approvals Non-powered Air-Purifying Particulate Filter Respirators. These limitations are by no means all-inclusive.
FIT-CHECK THE FACE-SEAL AS FOLLOWS:
. Place both hands over the respirator do not disturb the position of the respirator.
. Inhale sharply (a negative pressure should be felt inside the respirator).
. If you detect air leaks, readjust the head straps and/or the nose piece.
User Instruction
A. Not for use in atmospheres containing less than 19. 5 percent oxygen.
B. Not for use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health.
C. Do not exceed maximum use concentrations established by regulatory standards. Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death.
J. Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death.
M. All approved respirators shall be selected, fitted, used, and maintained in accordance with MSHA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.
N. Never substitute, modify, add or omit parts. Use only exact replacement parts in the configuration as specified by the manufacturer.
O. Refer to User’s Instructions, and/or maintenance manuals for information on the use and maintenance of these respirators.
P. NIOSH does not evaluate respirators for use as surgical masks.
