The GIKO 1400 Health Care Particulate Respirator and Surgical Mask are manufactured by Shanghai Gangkai Purifying Products Co., Ltd. CDC NIOSH approved it on 2/22/2006 as an N95 face mask. The FDA cleared GIKO 1400 for use as a surgical mask with 510K number K063334. As surgical masks in white, they are designed to be fluid resistant to splash and spatter of blood and other infectious materials according to ASTM F1862.
GIKO 1400 N95 mask for healthcare professionals has a duckbill shape that suits most facial sizes with an elastic headband and US average size. The adjustable nosepiece outside can be shaped easily to prevent leakage and eyewear fogging. Latex-Free headbands to reduce the possibility of users’ allergies to latex. It is easy to carry and store with individual packages. 10pcs per box. The shelf life of the unopened product is two years from the date of manufacture when stored within the temperature range of -20 °C to +30 °C and at less than 80% relative humidity.

Storage
- Should be stored in a dark, dry, and ventilated environment, and away from fire and pollutants.

Cautions and Limitations
General Cautions and Limitations for All Part 84A Approvals Non-powered Air-Purifying Particulate Filter Respirators. These limitations are by no means all-inclusive.
FIT-CHECK THE FACE-SEAL AS FOLLOWS:
. Place both hands over the respirator do not disturb the position of the respirator.
. Inhale sharply (a negative pressure should be felt inside the respirator).
. If you detect air leaks, readjust the head straps and/or the nosepiece.
User Instruction
A. Not for use in atmospheres containing less than 19. 5 percent oxygen.
B. Not for use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health.
C. Do not exceed maximum use concentrations established by regulatory standards. Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death.
D. Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death.
E. All approved respirators shall be selected, fitted, used, and maintained by MSHA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.
F. Never substitute, modify, add or omit parts. Use only exact replacement parts in the configuration as specified by the manufacturer.
G. Refer to User’s Instructions, and/or maintenance manuals for information on the use and maintenance of these respirators.
H. NIOSH does not evaluate respirators for use as surgical masks.
