Quality
Benehal MS8225-S flat-fold designed respirator has 4 filter layers. They are 2 PP spunbond outer layer, 1 PP needle-punched nonwoven inner layer, and 1 PP melt blown high filtration layer. Double layer thickening filter media on PP melt blown high filtration layer helps filter particles such as dust, exhaust, smoke, and pollen. Haze and droplets offer superior protection without sacrificing comfort. Soft material brings high breathability so that you can still breathe even when wearing a mask. Durable latex-free material is skin-friendly while ensuring your wearing comfort.
Humanized Design
This foldable Benehal medical n95 mask provides great fit testing results on a variety of face sizes. Soft nose foam inside provides a perfect fit and comfort regardless of the nose shape or size of the user while reducing the potential for eyewear fogging. Contour design and the elastic headbands ensure a secure seal around the nose bridge and under-chin areas. A special “V” shape design at the top end of the respirator effectively avoids scratching on the nose.

Instruction
Benehal MS8225 n95 respirators help reduce exposures to certain airborne contaminants. Before use, the wearer must read and understand the User Instructions provided as a part of the product packaging. In the U.S., a written respiratory protection program must be implemented meeting all the requirements of OSHA 1910.134 including training, fit testing, and medical evaluation. In Canada, CSA standards Z94.4 requirements must be met and/or requirements of the applicable jurisdiction, as appropriate. Misuse may result in sickness or death.
Use For
- Use for solid particulates and liquid mists in concentrations not exceeding 10X PEL/OEL.
- Always follow User Instructions and use in manners as indicated.
- Particles such as those from grinding, sanding, sweeping, sawing, bagging, or processing minerals, coal, iron ore, flour, metal,
wood, pollen, and certain other substances. Liquid or non-oil-based particles from sprays that do not also emit oil aerosols or
vapors. Follow all applicable local regulations.
Do Not Use For
- DO NOT use for gases and vapors, oil aerosols, asbestos, arsenic, cadmium, lead, 4,4-methylene dianiline (MDA), or abrasive blasting.
- DO NOT use for particulate concentrations exceeding 10X PEL/OEL.
- DO NOT use in any manner not indicated in the User Instructions.
WARNING
Before occupational use of this respirator, a written respiratory protection program must be implemented meeting all the local government requirements. In the United States, employers must comply with OSHA 29CFR 1910. 134 which includes medical evaluation, training, and fit testing.
Storage
- Should be stored in a dark, dry, and ventilated environment, and away from fire and pollutants.
- The shelf life of unopened products is 5 years from the date of manufacture ( see packaging for Manufacturing Date).
- Storage temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and at less than 80% relative humidity.

Cautions and Limitations of Benehal MS8225S
General Cautions and Limitations for All Part 84A Approvals Non-powered Air-Purifying Particulate Filter Respirators. These limitations are by no means all-inclusive.
FIT-CHECK THE FACE-SEAL AS FOLLOWS:
. Place both hands over the respirator do not disturb the position of the respirator.
. Inhale sharply (a negative pressure should be felt inside the respirator).
. If you detect air leaks, readjust the head straps and/or the nose piece.
User Instruction
A – Not for use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen.
B – Not for use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health.
C – Do not exceed maximum use concentrations established by regulatory standards.
J – Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death.
M – All approved respirators shall be selected, fitted, used, and maintained in accordance with
MSHA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.
N – Never substitute, modify, add, or omit parts. Use only exact replacement parts in the
configuration as specified by the manufacturer.
O – Refer to User’s Instructions, and/or maintenance manuals for information on use and maintenance
of these respirators.
S – Special or critical user instructions and/or specific use limitations apply.
