These respirators help reduce exposures to certain airborne contaminants. Before use, the wearer must read and understand the User Instructions provided as a part of the product packaging. In the U.S., a written respiratory protection program must be implemented meeting all the requirements of OSHA 1910.134 including training, fit testing and medical evaluation.
Storage
- Should be stored in a dark, dry and ventilated environment, and away from fire and pollutants.
- Shelf life of unopened products is 3 years from date of manufacture ( see packaging for Manufacturing Date).
- Storage temperature range of -20°C to +38°C and at less than 80% relative humidity.

Cautions and Limitations
General Cautions and Limitations for All Part 84A Approvals Non-powered Air-Purifying Particulate Filter Respirators. These limitations are by no means all-inclusive.
FIT-CHECK THE FACE-SEAL AS FOLLOWS:
. Place both hands over the respirator do not disturb the position of the respirator.
. Inhale sharply (a negative pressure should be felt inside the respirator).
. If you detect air-leaks, readjust the head straps and/or the nose-piece.
User Instruction
A. Not for use in atmospheres containing less than 19. 5 percent oxygen.
B. Not for use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health.
C. Do not exceed maximum use concentrations established by regulatory standards. Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death.
J. Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death.
M. All approved respirators shall be selected, fitted, used, and maintained in accordance with MSHA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.
N. Never substitute, modify, add or omit parts. Use only exact replacement parts in the configuration as specified by the manufacturer.
O. Refer to User’s Instructions, and/or maintenance manuals for information on the use and maintenance of these respirators.
P. NIOSH does not evaluate respirators for use as surgical masks.

I am a purchasing supervisor in charge of office supplies. I only purchased one box of FTN040 for trying, but these masks fit me and my workmates well.
For me head strap is a bit tight. Perhaps this design is to reduce air flow and provide efficient protective effect. So it may more suitable for those have small head.
Delivery time is a bit long this time, about 14 days, 3 days longer than before. Their customer service sent me a piece of experience kits for my emergent use, thanks for their carefulness.

I bought these masks for trip. I had read about the terrible air pollution and my wife is very sensitive to this, so I was looking for something to help her. These worked very well. Not only did they perform well and allow my wife to enjoy her vacation, but they are easy to take on and off. Also, they stood up well to being squashed in a suitcase. My wife used them to filter air pollution. They worked well. Again, she is very sensitive to bad air and she was fine while wearing these. I would highly recommend them.
