CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order before shipment. To cancel your order, please follow the steps below:

2. Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.
3. Select the “Cancel” button on the order page.
4. On the followed business day, you will get an email confirmation for order cancellation from the customer service team.
5. A full refund will be arranged immediately to your original payment account
